Summary

The bradykininogen content of 35 healthy subjects and of 25 patients with diffuse or generalised dermatosis and of 5 subjects suffering from first and second-degree burns has been determined. It has been found, that the plasma bradykininogen amount significantly decreased in all examined cases of dermatosis as well as in patients with burns. It is suggested that the bradykinin possibly plays a role in the pathogenesis of the investigated cases.
