Summary

A case of Subcorneal Pustular Dermatosis is reported and 130 others described in the world literature are reviewed. The pertinent clinical and histopathological findings are discussed. It is emphysized that S.P.D. represents a nosologic entity very distinct from other vesiculo-pustular disorders. Finally it is pointed out that some of the cases reported as S.P.D. in the literature cannot be considered as belonging to this entity.
