Das Hämangioendotheliom der Haut

Summary

Among almost 20,000 biopsic investigations which have been carried out at the Clinic of Dermatology of the University of Tübingen in the last 20 years only 2 cases of primary haemangio-endothelioma have been observed. Following the description of these two observations the histology and pathological anatomy of these swellings is being carefully investigated at the Clinic. In doing so the definition of the concept of the endothelioma as contained in Bolck's monograph is taken as the starting point, where the haemangio-endothelioma in general represent highly differentiated, organoid swellings of this group. Their usually only limited malignity is in accordance with this. From a therapeutic point of view we have found that—as in the case of basaloma—an excision in the healthy tissue is usually sufficient to assure a permanent cure.

Zusammenfassung

In der Universitäts-Hautklinik Tübingen wurden in den letzten 20 Jahren unter annähernd 20000 bioptischen Untersuchungen nur 2 Fälle von primärem Hämangioendotheliom der Haut beobachtet. Im Anschluß an die Schilderung dieser 2 Beobachtungen wird auf die Klinik, die Histologie und die pathologische Anatomie dieser Geschwülste eingegangen. Es wird dabei von der in der Bolekschen Monographie enthaltenen Definition des Endotheliombegriffes ausgegangen, wobei die Hämangioendotheliome im allgemeinen hochdifferenzierte organoide Geschwulste dieser Gruppe darstellen. Dem entspricht ihre meist nur beschränkte Bösartigkeit. Therapeutisch ergibt sich daraus, daß — wie beim Basaliom — die Excision im Gesunden im allgemeinen ausreicht, um eine Dauerheilung zu erzielen.
