Summary

The opaques droplets Nishiura in the Virchow-lepracell could be regarded as lysosom. In the reactionsloose lepromatous leprosy the lysosomes stand still long time. Then lamellated, foliated structures appear which are residualbodies of lysosomes. Evidently spiral, double conturated membransystem incorporate in such structures. These membransystems may be come from endoplasmatic reticulum.
