Summary
Apart from the usual histopathological features in a clinically typical case of Necrobiosis lipoidica instead of the common areas of Necrobiosis a massive, fully developed “Necrosis” was found. A short description of this case is given, the existence of total “Necrosis” being hitherto denied, and on account of the pathological conception that necrobiosis is at last only certified by the proof of—necrosis.
Zusammenfassung
Beschreibung und Begründung der nosologischen Bedeutung des ungewöhnlichen histopathologischen Befundes einer massiven Nekrose bei einem klinisch, aber auch den sonstigen feingeweblichen Details nach typischen Falles von Necrobiosis lipoidica, die im Hinblick auf den hier ausgeprägten intravitalen Zellverbandszerfall als Necrosis lipoidica bezeichnet wird.
