Zusammenfassung
Bericht über zwei Fälle von diastrophischem Zwergwuchs. Die Symptomatik der Fehlbildung entspricht in allen Einzelheiten den Befunden, wie sie bei den bisher veröffentlichten Fällen erhoben wurden und läßt sich im folgenden zusammenfassen:
Mikromeler Zwergwuchs, 2. Klumpfüße, 3. Ohrdeformität, 4. Gaumenspalte, 5. Gelenkkontrakturen, 6. progrediente Kyphoskoliose, 7. Fehlstellung von Daumen und Großzehen, 8. schwere epi-metaphysäre Ossifikationsstörung, 9 autosomal-recessiver Erbgang.
Summary
Description of two female patients with diastrophic dwarfism. The typical features of this dysostosis are
1. a micromelic type of dwarfism, 2. clubfeet, 3. deformities of the external ears, 4. cleft palate, 5. restricted joint motion, 6. progressive kyphoskoliosis, 7. adduction of the thumbs and great toes, 8. severe epimetaphyseal ossification defects, 9. autosomal-recessive mode of inheritance.
