Summary
A direct spectrographic method is described for the determination of the major elements of cement with an accuracy of ±1 to 4%. The effect of change of matrix composition on the internal standard has been pointed out. The differences in the chemical and physical properties between synthetic and natural cement samples, when analysed by using the dc-arc vanished completely when they are diluted and arced to completion.
Zusammenfassung
Ein direktes spektralanalytisches Analysenverfahren für die Hauptelemente (Ca, Si, Al, Mg und Fe) in Zement wird vorgeschlagen. Die Fehler liegen bei ±1 bis 4%. Bei der Anwendung einer mit Puffer verdünnten Probe und vollständiger Verdampfung verschwinden die Unterschiede in den physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften der natürlichen und synthetischen Zemente.
