Schnelle Bestimmung der radiochemischen Reinheit von Orthophosphat-32P

Summary

Small quantities of radiochemical impurities in orthophosphate-32P can be determined by thin-layer chromatography. The dependence of Rf-values on the water content of the solvent, the layer thickness, the amount of carrier and the running time as well as the sensitivity of the method have been estimated.

Zusammenfassung

Die Bestimmung kleiner Mengen radiochemischer Verunreinigungen in Orthophosphat-32P kann mit Hilfe der Dünnschichtchromatographie erfolgen. Die AbhÄngigkeit der Rf-Werte vom Wassergehalt des Flie\mittels, der SchichtstÄrke, der TrÄgermenge und der Entwicklungszeit sowie die Empfindlichkeit der Methode witden ermittelt.
