Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine Methode beschrieben, die eine relativ einfache und schnelle Bestimmung des 3,4-Benzpyrens in Tabakrauchkondensaten ermöglicht. Die Abtrennung von Benzpyren aus der neutralen Fraktion des Rauchkondensates gelingt durch Säulenchromatographie an Aluminiumoxid mit nachfolgender Papierchromatographie. Die quantitative Bestimmung erfolgt durch UV-Spektrometrie.
Summary
A method is described for a simple and rapid determination of 3,4-benzpyrene in tobacco smoke condensates. The separation of benzpyrene from the neutral fraction of tobacco tar is carried out by means of column chromatography on alumina followed by paper chromatography. The determination is performed by aid of UV spectrometry.
Résumé
On décrit une méthode qui sert à la détermination du 3,4-benzo-pyrène contenu dans le condensat de la fumée de tabac d'une manière relativement simple et rapide. La séparation du benzopyrène de la fraction neutre du goudron de la fumée se fait par une chromatographie sur colonne d'alumina, suivie d'une chromatographie sur papier. La détermination est effectuée par spectrométrie ultraviolette.
