Kritische Betrachtung der Bedeutung des Histaminopexiephänomens unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Resultate auf dermatologischem Gebiet

Zusammenfassung

Einleitend wird das Phänomen der HP mit seiner möglichen Bedeutung für die Allergielehre im allgemeinen und für die Dermatologie im besonderen skizziert. Es folgt eine Besprechung der quantitativen Bestimmungsverfahren. In den nächsten beiden Abschnitten kommen die bisherigen Erkenntnisse über das physiologische Verhalten, die Regulation und die ursächlichen Strukturen bzw. biochemischen Mechanismen der HP des Serums zur Darstellung. Das fünfte Kapitel führt die Ergebnisse, die man bei der Bestimmung des Captants im Rahmen typischer allergischer Veränderungen, sonstiger Erkrankungen des internen oder chirurgischen Fachgebietes und zahlreicher Dermatosen gewonnen hat, vor Augen und dient dem statistischen Vergleich dieser Resultate. Nach Schilderung der einschlägigen tierexperimentellen Studien folgt eine Erörterung jener Faktoren, die den Abweichungen der HP des Serums unter pathologischen Verhältnissen zu grunde liegen können. Abschließend wird die ursprüngliche Hypothese über die Phänomenologie und die Bedeutung der HP mit den Ergebnissen und Schlußfolgerungen der vorangegangenen Darstellung verglichen und in einer Weise bestätigt, verworfen, abgeändert oder ergänzt, die den derzeitigen Erkenntnissen entspricht.
