Summary
A preparation of rat-skin is described by which the proteins are divided in five fractions and are examined by electrophoretical and chromatographical methods. The usefulness of the method in clinical investigation is adverted to.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine Methode zur Aufarbeitung von Rattenhaut beschrieben, bei der die Eiweißkörper in fünf Fraktionen aufgeteilt und mit chromatographischen oder elektrophoretischen Methoden untersucht werden. Auf die Verwendbarkeit der Methode bei klinischen Fragestellungen wird hingewiesen.
