Zusammenfassung
Elektronenmikroskopisch definierbare, intracytoplasmatisch gelegene Körperchen gehören zu regelmäßig feststellbaren Zellbestandteilen der im Vorfeld der Verhornung stehenden Epithelzellen (oberste Lagen des Str. spinosum und Str. granulosum).
In der vorliegenden Studie wird gezeigt, daß es in dieser Zone zu wesentlichen Veränderungen im Intercellularraum mit umschriebener Anreicherung von elektronendichtem Material und Invagination der Zellmembran kommt. Die Invaginationen können sich abschnüren und zu intracellulären, Zellmembran-nahen Gebilden Veranlassung geben, die ultrastrukturell den intracytoplasmatischen Körperchen entsprechen. Wenn damit auch ein Entstehungsmechanismus aufgezeigt ist, muß auch mit der Möglichkeit gerechnet werden, daß intracytoplasmatische Körperchen noch anderen Vorgängen ihre Entstehung verdanken können. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es von Interesse, daß intracytoplasmatische Körperchen oder ihnen ultrastrukturell entsprechende Gebilde auch in pathologisch veränderten Epithelzellen in tieferen Epidermislagen gefunden wurden. Dies scheint ein Hinweis darauf zu sein, daß diese Gebilde in Zellen auftreten, deren Alteration entweder durch pathologische Veränderungen oder durch das physiologische Absterben der Zellen im Rahmen des Verhornungsvorganges zustande kommt.
