Zusammenfassung
Fallbericht eines zweijährigen Knaben mit poikilodermieartigen Hautveränderungen bei Aminoacidurie und Indolkörperstoffwechselstörung. Die histochemischen Befunde gleichen weitgehend den bei Hartnup-Syndrom beschriebenen, während die Hautveränderungen nicht entsprechen. Die Variabilität der klinischen Veränderungen beim Hartnup-Syndrom wird diskutiert.
