Summary
Molluscum cantagiosum virus was fixed in glutaraldehyde and OsO4 embedded in Vestopal W. More detailed sultrastructure of virus was shownby double staining with uranyl acetate and lead hydroxide.
Molluscum contagiosum virus in ultrathin section was digested comletely except for remaining of outer membrane with Pronase and Nagarse. Triple layer structure of outer membrane was clearly seen by digestion with Pronase.
