VIII. 7-Trifluoromethyl-8-chloroisoalloxazines

Abstract

A number of 7-trifluoromethyl-8-chloro-10-R-isoalloxazines (where R=H, CH3, CH2CH2OH, ribityl, galactyl, sorbityl, and rhamnityl) and 7-trifluoromethyl- 8- (β-hydroxyethyl) aminoisoalloxazines with substituents such as ribityl and β-hydroxyethyl in the 10 position were synthesized.
