Über Mastzellen im Dermatofibrom

On mastcells in dermatofibroma

Summary

In dermatofibroma mastcells occur in the vicinity of fibroblasts. Their form depends on the structural arrangement of the tissue. In one preparation similar formed mastcellgranules, either with homogen contents and central condensation or with laminated structures are found frequently. Because of their occurance in dermatofibroma this is considered as a chronic granuloma.

Zusammenfassung

Im Dermatofibrom kommen auch Mastzellen neben Fibroblasten vor. Ihre Form richtet sich nach der Packung des Gewebes. Innerhalb eines Präparates finden sich zumeist gleichartig gestaltete Granula entweder mit homogenem Inhalt mit zentraler Kondensation oder mit lamellierten Strukturen. Wegen ihres Vorkommens im Dermatofibrom wird dies als ein chronisches Granulom aufgefaßt.
