Summary
Free amino acids and other ninhydrin-positive substances of the superficial stratum corneum disjunctum of uninvolved skin of psoriatics were determinded by column chromatography. Urocanic acid was, after separation by paper chromatography, quantitatively assayed in an spectrometer.
No significant differences could be found in comparison with normal human horny layer. The results were discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Freie Aminosäuren und andere Ninhydrin-positive Substanzen des oberflächlichen Stratum corneum disjunctum unbefallener Haut von Psoriatikern wurden quantitativ durch Säulenchromatographie bestimmt. Urocaninsäure wurde nach papierchromatographischer Isolierung ermittelt.
Es ließen sich keine Signifikanten Differenzen gegenüber normaler Hornschicht eurieren. Die Befunde werden diskutiert.
