Trace element analytical chemistry in the People's Republic of China

Summary

A review is given on methods for trace element analysis as currently employed in the PR of China. It comprises photometry with organic reagents, spectrometric methods, electrochemical methods and methods based on radioactivity. Finally, a report is given on the elucidation of certain diseases related to the occurrence of trace elements (76 literature references).

Zusammenfassung

Ein Überblick wird gegeben über Verfahren zur Analyse von Elementspuren, wie sie gegenwärtig in der VR China angewendet werden. Behandelt werden photometrische Methoden mit organischen Reagentien, spektrometrische Methoden, elektrochemische Methoden sowie Verfahren, die auf der Radioaktivität beruhen. Abschließend wird über die Aufklärung bestimmter Krankheiten berichtet, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Vorkommen von Elementspuren stehen (76 Literaturzitate).
