Summary
Adenosine triphosphatase activity was localized during molar odontogenesis utilizing the method of Wachstein and Meisel (1957). The degree of enzyme activity increased after the second postnatal day. Peak activities were noted on the fifth postnatal day especially in the odontoblastic and ameloblastic cell layers.
