Zusammenfassung

Durch die Anwendung eines schnell laufenden Fließmittels auf Methanolbasis in Kombination mit einem langsam laufenden Papier Schl. & Sch. 2043 b ausgewaschen bzw. Schl. & Sch. 2045 b ausgewaschen, konnte die qualitative und quantitative papierchromatographische Phosphattrennung verbessert werden.

Die quantitative papierchromatographische Analyse wurde eingehender untersucht und die Analysengenauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit der photometrischen Phosphatbestimmung der einzelnen Phosphatflecken des Chromatogramms erhöht und gegenüber Störungen unempfindlich gemacht.

Summary

The qualitative and quantitative paper chromatographic separation of phosphates has been improved by combining a short running time solvent (based on methanol) with a paper of long running time (Schleicher & Schüll paper No. 2043 b or 2045 b, washed out). The quantitative analysis has been investigated more thoroughly and the phosphate determination of the single spots made more precise and reproducible and insensitive against interferences.
