Isotachophoretische Analyse organischer Säuren im menschlichen Samenplasma

Zusammenfassung

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der isotachophoretischen Analyse von Pyrophosphat, Phosphat und einer Vielzahl organischer Säuren im menschlichen Samenplasma. Alle Proben wurden mittels Ultrafiltration enteiweißt. Phosphat, Citrat und Lactat wurden mit einer Genauigkeit von 3% quantitativ erfaßt. Ferner konnten Oxalat, Pyruvat, Malat, Succinat und Ascorbat in geringen Mengen nachgewiesen werden. Die Isotachophorese eignet sich hervorragend für eine umfassendere Erforschung der Fertilitätsstörungen des Mannes.

Summary

The present study deals with the isotachophoretic analysis of pyrophosphate, phosphate and a variety of organic acids in human seminal plasma. All samples were deproteinized by ultrafiltration. Phosphate, citrate and lactate were quantitatively determined with a precision of 3%. Small amounts of oxalate, pyruvate, malate, succinate and ascorbate were also detected. Isotachophoresis might facilitate future research on the nature of infertility and sterility.
