Untersuchungen über spezifische antitumorale Reaktionen bei an Keratoakanthom leidenden Kranken mit einigen Betrachtungen bezüglich des Eingreifens von Immunitätsprozessen bei der spontanen Heilung dieser Geschwulst

Zusammenfassung

Die Verfasser berichten über die Ergebnisse ihrer an 22 an Keratoakanthom leidenden Kranken ausgeführten immunobiologischen Studien mit der Absicht, einen Mechanismus der Geschwulstspontanheilung im Sinne der antitumorellen Immunität zu erklären.

Im Vergleich werden 12 Hautepithelioma und 52 Gesunde untersucht.

Die an einem Geschwulstgesamtantigen Hautreaktionen sowie die passive leukocytäre Antikörperübertragung waren in allen 22 Keratoakanthom-Fällen konstant positiv, während sie bei den anderen Personen negativ ausfielen.

Der passive Hämagglutinationstest mit an Geschwulstantigen sensibilisierten Hämatien blieb immer negativ.

Auf Grund ihrer klinischen, histopathologischen sowie immunbiologischen Befunde nehmen die Verfasser an, daß die Spontanheilung des Keratoakanthoms eine immune (autoimmune) Natur, gleichartig der sogenannten „Homogreffe”-Immunität, erweist.
