Zur Züchtung von Hautepithelzellen in der Gewebekultur

Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über den Versuch der Züchtung menschlicher Epidermiszellen in der Gewebekultur. Dabei wurde beobachtet, daß die Bildung reiner Epithelkulturen nur dann erzielt werden kann, wenn

  1. 1.

    den Explantaten nur eine geringe Menge Bindegewebe anhaftet

  2. 2.

    die Hautfragmente sofort nach der Entnahme weiterverarbeitet werden und 3. zur Züchtung ein Medium verwendet wird, welches aus Carcinom-Ascites, Hanks gepufferte Salzlösung und Nabelschnurextrakt besteht.
