Zur nosologischen Stellung der Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria letalis Herlitz (mit Kasuistik)

Zusammenfassung

Herlitz hat 1935 eine Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria letalis (E.b.h. letalis) von der Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria simplex und dystrophica (E.b.h. simplex und dystrophica) als selbständiges Krankheitsbild abgetrennt. Diese Klassifikation ist besonders im anglosächsisch-skandinavischen Schrifttum beibehalten worden. Ausgehend von erbbiologischen Gedankengängen und klinisch-symptomatologischen und familienpathologischen Sachverhalten sowie auf Grund einer Kritik der unzureichenden methodischen Voraussetzungen dieser Abtrennung wird die Hypothese der nosologischen Einheitlichkeit der E.b.h. dystrophica einschließlich der letalen Variante vorläufig als Arbeitshypothese vorgeschlagen. In jedem Fall entbehrt die hiermit neugestellte Klassifikations-frage bisher der zureichenden genetisch-statistischen Bearbeitung, zu der die wichtigste Voraussetzung, nämlich ein auslesefreies Material, noch nicht gegeben ist.
