Abstract

Products of the alkylation of compounds of the isoflavone type-7-hydroxyisoflavone, 2-methyl-7-hydroxyisoflavone, 2-ethoxycarbonyl-7-hydroxyisoflavone, 2-methyl-5,7-dihydroxyisoflavone, 2-methyl-3-furyl-7-hydroxychromone, and 2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-furyl-7-hydroxychromone — were obtained by reaction with chloromethyl derivatives of heterocycles.
