XXIX. 4-aryl-6-hydroxypyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines

Abstract

A new method was developed for the synthesis of substituted pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines by the condensation of 1-alkyl(aryl)-3- and 5-aminopyrazoles with arylidenebisureas.
