Synthesis and spectral characteristics of bis- and tris(Δ2-pyrazolinyl) benzenes

The electronic absorption and fluorescence spectra and the relative quantum yields of 1,3-bis(3-aryl-5-phenyl-Δ2-pyrazolin-1-yl)- and bis- and tris(1-phenyl-5-aryl-Δ2-pyrazolin-3-yl) benzenes were measured and are discussed.
