A contribution towards the improvement of Se-determination in the pg-region by hydride AAS

Summary

In order to increase the sensitivity of Se-determination by hydride-AAS in the pg-range, an arrangement was developed which permits simple handling and is suitable for routine analysis. As an example, the determination of Se in grape berries is described. Contents lower than 1 ng could be determined with this technique.
