Eine coulometrische Methode zur Bestimmung von Thioharnstoff

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, um Thioharnstoff in Mengen zwischen 50 μg und 50 mg coulometrisch zu bestimmen, unter Zuhilfenahme einer Quecksilberanode in einem Grundlektrolyt, der 15 ml 0,1n Schwefelsäure und 5 ml 0,5m Kaliumsulfatlösung auf 25 ml enthält.
