Summary
The onset of internuclear ophthalmoplegia immediately following arch aortography in a previously healthy 49-year-old female is presented. This is the second description of internuclear ophthalmoplegia developing after cerebral angiography and represents the first report of its occurrence in association with an occult traumatic vertebral artery aneurysm.
