Summary
A fracture of both the hamate and capitate bones in a child is described. The literature is reviewed with special attention to the treatment of these rare fractures.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird über ein 8 Jahre altes Kind berichtet, welches sich eine Fraktur sowohl des Os hamatum als auch des Os capitatum zugezogen hat. Anhand der Literatur werden verschiedene Behandlungsmäglichkeiten sowohl konservative als auch operative diskutiert. Im vorliegenden Fall kam es unter konservativer Behandlung zur Ausheilung.
