Zusammenfassung

Betain und Cholin werden gemeinsam mit Hilfe eines sauren Ionenaustauschers isoliert und durch 1H-KMR-Spektrometrie bestimmt, wobei die Signale ihrer Trimethylammoniumgruppen benutzt werden. Die Genauigkeit ist besser als 1,5%.

Summary

Betaine and choline present in feeds are isolated together on an acidic ion-exchange resin and discriminated by 1H-NMR spectrometry. The signals of their trimethylammonium groups are used for their determination with a precision better than 1.5%.
