Zusammenfassung
Nach einer Übersicht über die einschlägige Literatur wird über eine seltene Mißbildung berichtet, bei der es neben fehlenden oder hypoplastischen Bauchdeckenmuskeln zu einem Kryptorschismus sowie Fehlbildungen an Niere und den ableitenden Harnwegen gekommen ist. Bei dem schwer niereninsuffizienten 19jährigen Patienten wurde eine transurethrale Resektion des Blasenhalses durchgeführt, um eine restharnfreie Entleerung der Harnblase zu erreichen. Der Patient ist ein Jahr nach der Entlassung voll berufsfähig.
Von diesem Fall ausgehend, wird auf andere kongenitale Entleerungs-störungen der Harnblase hingewiesen und die Notwendigkeit ihrer Behandlung betont.
