Untersuchungen zur Beziehung zwischen Körpertemperatur und Serum-Bilirubinspiegel Frühgeborener

Zusammenfassung

Bei 489 Frühgeborenen wurden die Beziehungen zwischen der Körpertemperatur und der Höhe des Serumbilirubinspiegels eingehend geprüft. Nach der Geburt ausgekühlte Frühgeborene unterschieden sich bezüglich ihrer Serumbilirubinmaxima nicht von gut wärmegepflegten Frühgeborenen. Damit wird unsere Feststellung bekräftigt, nach der eine Hypoxie keinen Einfluß auf die Höhe des Serumbilirubinspiegels Frühgeborener während der ersten Lebenstage hat.

Summary

In 489 prematures the relations between the temperature of the body and the height of the serumbilirubin level were exactly examined. After the birth cooled prematures did not differ with respect to their serumbilirubinmaxima from well warmed prematures. Thus our establishment was verified, according to which hypoxia has no influence on the height of the serumbilirubin level of prematures during the first days of life.
