Abstract
The performance of the LH test Luteonosticon is described. Estimations of LH in samples of spontaneously voided urine of healthy children (n=133) aged from 6 to 16 show a rise in LH concentration depending on the age. Because of the wide range of the results different samples should be examined for each patient. The test is limited in its usefulness for clinical application and is inadequate for scientific investigations.
Zusammenfassung
Die Ausführung des LH-Tests Luteonosticon ist beschrieben. LH-Bestimmungen an Spontanurinen gesunder Kinder (n=133) zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren ergeben einen altersabhängigen Anstieg der LH-Konzentration. Auf Grund der beträchtlichen Streuung der Einzelwerte empfiehlt es sich, mehrere Harne eines Patienten zu untersuchen. Für klinische Fragestellungen ist der Test bedingt brauchbar, für die Bearbeitung wissenschaftlicher Probleme erscheint er ungeeignet.
