Die chronische, konstitutionelle Neutropenie mit Lymphocytose im Säuglings- und Kleinkindesalter

Ein differentialdiagnostisches Problem

Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend vom Krankheitsbild der chronischen, konstitutionellen Neutropenie mit Lymphocytose im Kindesalter werden die Formen der Neutropenien besprochen und an Hand der veröffentlichten Kasuistik die Schwierigkeiten der Differentialdiagnostik aufgezeigt. Die Problematik wird an zwei eigenen Fällen von Neutropenie mit Lymphocytose und einer sog. “Reifungshemmung” der Myelopoese im Knochenmark demonstriert.
