Abstract
MBAS as a rule are found in all types of waters. Concentrations between 0.05 and 0.3 mg/l often consist only for a little part—if at all—of anionic detergents. A differentiation between the not yet identified MBAS of probably biogenous origin and the detergents is possible by thin-layer chromatography in connection with spectralphotometry and IR-spectroscopy.
Zusammenfassung
MBAS kommen in der Regel in allen Gewässertypen vor. Bei Konzentrationen von 0,05-0,3 mg/l handelt es sich häufig nur zum geringen Teil — wenn überhaupt — um anionische Detergentien. Eine Unterscheidung zwischen den noch nicht näher identifizierten MBAS vermutlich biogenen Ursprungs und den Detergentien ist mit Hilfe von Dünnschicht-Chromatographie in Verbindung mit Spektralphotometrie und IR-Spektroskopie möglich.
