Abstract

The clinical features of Pterygoarthromyodysplasia congenita are described and differentiated from those of other syndromes with pyterygium formation. A review of the literature leaves the mode of inheritance of PAMC obscure.

Das klinische Bild der Pterygoarthromyodysplasia congenita (Rossi) wird gegen andere Syndrome, die mit Flügelfellbildung einhergehen, abgegrenzt. Die Genetik der PAMC ist auf Grund der vorliegenden Literatur noch ungeklärt.
