Rückschlüsse aus Rh-Antikörpertitern

Zusammenfassung

Die Reaktion zwischen Rh-Antikörpern und fetalen antigenen Erythrocyten oder dem Gewebe läuft unter der Voraussetzung reifer Antikörper erst in Gegenwart einer konglutinablen Qualität im Serum ab. Entsprechend der differenten Reifungsprozesse fetaler Eiweißkörper werden diaplazentar übertretende Antikörper erst dann in Reaktion gesetzt, also schädigen, wenn sich ein Konglutinin entwickelt hat. In dieser, dem Reifungsprozeß unterworfenen Entwicklung scheint die Diskrepanz zwischen mütterlichem Antikörpertiter und dem Fetalschaden bedingt zu sein.
