Agranulocytose im Kindesalter

Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit gibt eine Übersicht über Agranulocytosen bei Kindern, illustriert mit typischen Fällen aus dem eigenen Klinikmaterial. Ein Teil der Krankheitsbilder ist für das Kindesalter spezifisch und kommt bei Erwachsenen nicht vor. In der Diskussion kommen einige allgemeine Gesichtspunkte in bezug auf Prophylaxe und Therapie zur Sprache.

Summary

A review is given of various types of agranulocytosis which are found in the pediatric are group. Typical case histories are presented. Some of the disease pictures described are found only among children. Special emphasis is lied on a discussion of prophylaxis and therapy.
