Zum elektronenmikroskopischen Bild des eosinophilen Granulocyten

Zusammenfassung

Die funktionelle Bedeutung der eosinophilen Zellen, die Entwicklung der esoinophilen Granula, ihre Bedeutung im Stoffwechselablauf des Organismus und die morphologischen Besonderheiten werden an Hand von Schnittuntersuchungen diskutiert, die aus Knochenmarkzellen des Menschen stammen. Aus der Kristallform der eosinophilen Substanz in den Granula läßt sich nachweisen, daß die Charcot-Leydenschen Kristalle nicht direkte Zerfallsprodukte dieser Zellen darstellen.
