Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 30jährigen Patientin wurde vor mehr als 12 Jahren die Diagnose einer linksseitigen Degeneratio retinae pigmentosa gestellt. Sie ließ sich nunmehr durch elektrophysiologische Befunde (Normalwerte der ERG-Intensitäts-Reaktionskurven im Bereich einer Photostimulationsintensität von 5 log E, normales Verhalten des Ruhepotentials im gesunden Auge, ausgelöschte Potentiale und pathologische Werte des EOG im erkrankten Auge) bestätigen. Die Ophthalmodynamometrie wies am erkrankten Auge auf eine intraoculare Zirkulationsstörung, welche für die Pathogenese Bedeutung haben kann.
Summary
Unilateral Degeneratio retinae pigmentosa in a 30 years old woman has been stated. 12 years ago. Using the electrophysiological methods (normal values of the Intensity-Reaction Curves — the range of intensity being of 5 log u — and the normal values of the EOG in the healthy eye, extinguished ERG potentials and pathological values of the EOG in the affected eye) the diagnosis now has been confirmed. The role of the intraocular circulatory disturbance proved in the affected eye using the ophthalmodynamometry is discussed.
