Summary

In an outflow model of primate eye the relation-time of pressure in Schlemm's channel is investigated by changes of intraocular pressure and episcleral venous pressure. The elastic membran of the trabecal system follows every oscillation of the i.o. pressure and so it effects like a mechanism of pump. The increased pressure in the Schlemm's channel is compensated by increase of the outflow.
