Abstract
Sexual dysfunction in the form of a disorder of ejaculatory mechanisms but without interference with erection and orgasm is described in a 30 year old man receiving Mesoridazine Besylate (Serentil) a phenothiazine closely related to thioridazine (Mellaril).
