Zusammenfassung

Nach einer Erörterung der möglichen Spätkomplikationen nach medialen Schenkelhalsfrakturen und einer Skizzierung der operativen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten werden die Zielsetzungen, die Wirkungsweise und die Indikationen der Resektions-Angulations-Osteotomie besprochen.

Eine Stützung der theoretischen Ausführungen erfolgte durch eine Aufführung des eigenen Krankenbestandes, an dem Nachuntersuchungen vorgenommen wurden.

Summary

After a discussion of late complications in fractures of the femoral neck and their operative treatment were reviewed the aim, the result and the indication of the resection-angulation-osteotomy.

To base on the assertion theoretical own cases were re-examined.

Après la discussion des complication des fractures cervicales et ses possibilités operatives les auteurs précisent les indications, le but et l'efficacité de la résection cervico-céphalique du femur avec ostéotomie d'angulation.

L'exposé theorique est appuyé par l'examinations des clients.
