Hypoplasie der Beckenschaufel mit dorsaler Knochenleiste

Zusammenfassung

An Hand von drei, in den letzten 14 Monaten beobachteten weiblichen Fällen wird über ein eigentümliches Zustandsbild berichtet: Schmales, hypoplastisches, steilstehendes Os ilium mit besonders hervortretender dorsal gelegener Knochenleiste. In der Literatur finden sich keine ähnlichen Hinweise. Vielleicht handelt es sich um eine Formes frustres von Ovarialagenesie, obwohl klinisch keine diesbezüglichen Hinweise gefunden werden konnten.

Summary

Based on three female cases observed during the last 14 months, report is made of peculiar aspects of a condition: narrow hypoplastic os ilium of steep inclination with an especially protruding inguinal bone in the dorsal region. No similar indications are to be found in literature. Perhaps this is a case of formes frustres of ovarialagenesis, though clinically no indications could be found in this respect.

A l'aide de trois cas féminins observés pendant les derniers 14 mois, rapport est fait sur un aspect d'état particulier: os iliaque mince, hypoplastique et raide, à lisière de l'os dorsale particulièrement saillante. La littérature ne contient pas d'indication similaire. Il s'agit peut'être d'une «Formes frustres» d'ovarialagenèse, bien qu'en clinique aucune indication relative n'ait pu être relevée.
