Summary

There are 2 patients with elongationsosteotomie of the femur by tendency of varus position of the distal fragment. The AO-plate was broken. The cause of this event was discussed. The prevention and the therapie are commanded.

Es wird über den Plattenbruch bei der Verlängerungsosteotomie des Femur bei 2 Patienten berichtet. Die Ursache wird aufgeklärt und die sich ergebenden therapeutischen (vorbeugenden) Maßnahmen empfohlen.
