Zusammenfassung
Es wird unsere Einstellung zur primären Alloarthroplastik bei medialen Schenkelhalsfrakturen aufgezeigt. Sie ist fast ausschließlich bei alten Menschen (über 70 Jahre) zur Verhinderung des inaktivitätsbedingten Leistungsschwundes indiziert. Unter Beachtung allgemein klinischer und das Gelenk betreffender Faktoren kann das Ziel der Endoprothesen-Operation, die frühe Mobilisierung unter Vermeidung kardiopulmonaler Komplikationen sowie Inaktivitätsschäden erreicht werden. Die Technik des Verfahrens wird kurz geschildert sowie die an unserer Klinik durchgeführte Nachbehandlung.
