Summary

The fixation of the fragments or loose bodies of Osteochondrosis dissecans by bone-pins was the therapeutical method by 40 patients (of which 20 could be followed up). The results are reported. The advantages of the method are compared to the usual therapies and discussed on the base of pathological features.

Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung der Osteochondrosis dissecans durch Bolzung mit autoplastischen oder homologen Knochenspänen wurde bei 40 Patienten durchgeführt, von denen 20 nachuntersucht werden konnten. Die Ergebnisse wurden analysiert. Die pathologisch-anatomische Grundlage der Methode sowie deren Vorteile gegenüber anderen Operationsverfahren wurden diskutiert.
