Summary

Report of an Klippel-Feil-Syndrom which is combined with an hypoplasie symmetrical of the carpel-bones. Both anomalies may find its origine in the same disturbance of development during the embryonal time. The question is, if the necrose of bones which are equally observed, has the same origine.

Résumé

Report d'une maladie Klippel-Feil, qui est accompagnée d'une hypoplasie symmétric des carpes. Les anomalies peuvent être reduites sur les mêmes dèrangements de dévelopement pendant le temps embryonal. On se pose la question si pour les nécroses d'os qui se sont montrés également, on peut nommer les mêmes causes.

Zusammenfassung

Fallbericht einer Klippel-Feilschen Erkrankung, die mit einer symmetrischen Hypoplasie der Handwurzeln, besonders in der proximalen Reihe, einhergeht. Beide Anomalien können auf die gleiche Entwicklungsstörung während der Schwangerschaft zurückgeführt werden. Es wird erwogen, ob für die ebenfalls vorliegenden aseptischen Knochennekrosen die gleiche Ursache in Frage kommt.
